Today we went over the vocabulary worksheets from Monday and Tuesday. We also started notes, "Inside the Earth Guide." This is item #4 in the notebook. Students should bring colored pencils, markers, or crayons to class tomorrow.

Today we had a guest speaker from Cobb County Water to talk to us about Earth's waters.

We also started the vocabulary for this unit.
Today students worked on the Oceans retest. They also continued the vocabulary word search to familiarize them with the terms for Unit 6. They also were given a worksheet to read and complete in class on Pangea.
Today was a busy day. Students worked on the Unit 5 Assessment Reflections and Corrections. Based on their test scores students were either given an enrichment worksheet or a remediation worksheet. Both the Assessment Reflection and Correction and the Enrichment/Remediation are graded assignments. Students need to finish them for homework if the assignments were not completed during classtime. Students should have also turned in their 5 paragraph essays today.
