Today we did a lab demonstrating the global water crisis. Students were able to see how difficult it is to extract clean water from polluted sources. The questions on the back of the lab are due tomorrow.

Today we began discussing the global water crisis. We completed a chart including the countries India, Honduras, Bangladesh, Kenya, and Ethiopia. We discussed why each country is in crisis and possible solutions.
Today we wrote about Walter the Water Molecule and his adventures through the water cycle. Students in classes 1-3 were to write 4 paragraphs, and class 4 was to write 5 paragraphs. Paragraphs have a minimum of 4 sentences for this purpose. If the students did not finish in class, the assignment is homework.
Today we did a lab. In the lab, we created a cloud in a jar using ice, hot water, a jar, and a match. We also wrote a Haiku about the water cycle.
