Students who stayed back worked on pages 193-203 and the accompanying questions. Today Bill Wagoner came to speak to our class about rocks, minerals and fossils. He gave us a good preview of what we will be learning about later in 4th quarter. Thank you Mr. Wagoner!

Happy New Year! Welcome back from the winter break. I hope everyone enjoyed time off with their families. Thank you all for the sweet thoughts, cards, and gifts before the break. Today in science we reviewed the oceanography vocab. We will also be doing a lab next week with play dough, shoe boxes and toothpicks. I told the students today that if they contribute any of the three things to the lab that I will give them REP points. Also, I sent home a packing list for those attending space camp. If your child is going, please make sure you look over the list carefully. Below I've attached the vocabulary that your student should have completed today in class.
